Spartan Quip offers a wide range of trailers, tippers, and associated equipment. All of our products are carefully designed and manufactured to meet industry standards. However, please note that product availability, specifications, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the content is always free of errors, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without obligation to prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you visit us for a custom-built trailer, our expert team will guide you through every step of the process—from design consultation to build specifications. Once we reach a mutual agreement on the build, you’ll receive a unique project code and the order will be finalised.
To begin production, a partial advance payment is required, depending on the trailer type and complexity. From there, we’ll keep you informed at every stage, right up to delivery.
We keep a range of products like dollies, tippers, trailers etc. readily available at our location. If the item you need is available and meet your requirement, we can handover it to you the same day or within 1–2 business days—after completing thorough quality checks, final inspections and required paper work. Our priority is to get reliable, road-ready equipment to you as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality.
While custom builds typically take 60–90 days, we always strive to deliver as early as possible—without compromising on quality.
4. Warranty
Spartan Quip offers a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship on its trailers. While we stand by our build quality, other components used in the trailer come with their own brand warranties, which we’re happy to honour and replace if they’re still within warranty. Warranty claims are valid only if the trailers been used under proper conditions and maintained as recommended. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Quip’s liability for any claims arising out of the use of our products or services is limited to the total value of the purchase price of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury resulting from the use of our products, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
